Procedure and terms of order execution, payment, delivery and return
You can place your order online on the site or by phone through the manager.
If the required volume of products is out of stock, the production of a new stock is delayed from 1 to 14 working days after receipt of the agreed prepayment for the order.

If for any reason you decide to refuse purchased goods, you can do so in accordance with the Russian Federation Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992 № 2300-1.

Return of goods of proper quality
1. Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving them, and after receiving Goods - within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of purchase.
2. The return of Goods of proper quality is possible if their marketable condition, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved.
3. The Customer has no right to refuse Goods that have individually specific characteristics, if the said Goods can be used exclusively by the Customer who purchases them.
4. If the Customer rejects the Goods of proper quality, the Seller must return the amount of money paid by the Customer under the contract, except for the Seller's expenses for the delivery of returned goods from the Customer, not later than 10 days from the day of the Customer's submission of a relevant demand.

Return of the goods of inadequate quality

The goods of inadequate quality mean goods that are unable to provide their functional qualities due to a significant defect (with defects / faults).

The buyer, who has been sold goods of inadequate quality, unless it was not agreed by the seller, has the right to assert any of the following claims at his discretion:
replacement by similar goods;
proportional reduction of the purchase price;
free elimination of defects of the goods or reimbursement of expenditures for their correction by the buyer or a third party;

The buyer is entitled to refuse from execution of the agreement and to require return of the amount paid for the Goods.

All of the above requirements for the return of goods of inadequate quality can be presented in the following terms:
The goods are under warranty period - within the entire warranty period;
The goods are not under warranty period - within a reasonable period, but not more than 2 years.
The online store has the right to refuse the exchange or return of the goods, if it considers that the detected significant defect is the result of improper use of the goods.

In the case of disagreement on the quality or causes of defects, the online store has the right to conduct an independent examination at its own expense. The Buyer may participate in the examination and challenge its decision in court. If as a result of the examination it is found that the defects of the goods were caused by the Buyer, the Buyer shall reimburse the cost of the examination, as well as the costs of transportation and storage of goods associated with the examination.

When placing an order, specify the details of your organization in the comments, select payment by invoice. Our manager will contact you, clarify the details of the order and send you an invoice for payment.
